Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Rates:
FREE Shipping in December! For orders received before Dec 15th, we guarantee USPS Priority Mail shipping by Dec 21st.
Orders placed after Dec 15th may be shipped in early January 2010, but still for free!
1-7 Items - Approx $6-$8
Over 8 Items - $10
We ship via USPS, and whenever appropriate, we use the $9.15 Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes to save you money. We do not think shipping costs should be unnecessarily inflated to generate extra money, and so strive to ship in a cost-efficient way. Depending on the size of your order, we will ship via the best US Mail service, plus a modest handling and materials charge.
Returns
Exchanges are welcomed provided the cover has not been installed or damaged.
Returns without exchanges will be charged a 5% fee to the credit card used for the order.
Returns or exchanges of special orders or custom shapes are not possible.
When returning work to us please use a sturdy box with packaging, not a padded envelope, to avoid damage in transit.
